Prof. Kimberlé Crenshaw speaks at cross-movement building event, sponsored by Public Interest Projects (PIP)

 

AAPF co-founder, Prof. Kimberlé Crenshaw will speak as a panelist at the Public Interest Projects (PIP), Alliance Building Across Movements donor meeting on March 9, 2009 in New York City.

The panel will explore the role alliance building across movements can play in strengthening social justice work, and ways the philanthropic sector can support that work. Prof. Crenshaw will comment on cross movement building, particularly in this political, social and economic climate.
